Zane Curtis is the founder of Monday Morning, San Diego’s first dedicated nonalcoholic bottle shop, tasting lounge, and community hub. He also operates NA Services™, a done-for-you NA menu program for venues. In year one he opened the flagship, added a second location, and built momentum through retail discovery, events, and venue partnerships. Blending taste, operations, and hospitality, Zane helps restaurants grow profitable NA programs and makes great alcohol-free options the default rather than the exception. His approach pairs photogenic, fast-serve menus with staff training, one-page build sheets, and dialed POS/pars so teams can sell with confidence. The spark came from his own shift to living AF and realizing how often “alternatives” felt like a compromise. Monday Morning exists to fix that. Today, Zane champions a citywide movement that welcomes the sober-curious and the simply curious alike, because everyone deserves a good drink.
